Winter in the Seeley Swan Valley is magical and certainly transformative. Watching the water and land gradually freeze solid makes a person pay homage to his or her wood stove!
The cold is bitter and you have to dress for it, but if you do that right, you'll have an opportunity to ski, ice fish, snowmobile, snowshoe, and study the tracks of the many wild animals that live in this valley.
The colors in temperatures below zero shift toward blues and purples and magentas. Everyone should experience this beauty at least once.
